Do I need a resale certificate to open an account?
Yes. Trade pricing is wholesale, and New York requires a valid resale certificate (ST-120) on file before we can sell at trade pricing. We will ask for it during the application.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order what the job needs. We do not require a minimum order size or a standing purchase commitment.
Do I need to open a net-30 account?
No. You do not need to open a credit line to buy from us. Ask about payment options when you apply.
Who can open a trade account?
Independent installers and professional integrators who install this equipment for a living. Trade pricing is not available to the general public.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within a business day.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Williamsville. We can also ship your order.
Do you sell direct to homeowners?
No. FMB Install sells to the trade only. If you are a homeowner looking to have something installed, we do not sell hardware directly to the public.
What if the item I need is not listed?
Ask us. We do not publish a full SKU list, and if it is something a residential or light-commercial install uses, we can likely source it.
Is pricing published anywhere?
No. Trade pricing shows once your account is approved and you are signed in. It is not published publicly.
What happens after I apply?
It reaches us by email. We review your business details and resale certificate and follow up, usually within a business day, either with approval or with anything we still need.
Ready to order?
Apply once and reorder without a phone call. Approved accounts see trade pricing when they sign in. Applying costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.
